Technology has come so far that women are now using fertility apps to increase their chances of conceiving! While nothing can replace the personal recommendations of a reproductive specialist at Procrea, if you are just beginning to think about getting pregnant, these apps could help you understand your cycle and fertile times.

Kindara is a free app that offers a premium version with upgrades. Kindara offers additional products that you can use with the Wink mobile app, a basal temperature thermometer. The app helps women predict their fertile, ovulation and menstrual days based on the information provided daily.

Period Tracker is a free app with different modes; you can use it just to track your menstrual cycles, or you can use the Trying to Conceive (TTC) mode or the Pregnancy mode. The TTC mode predicts ovulation and fertility days for

schedule the act and thus offer better chances of conception. This application also offers additional functions through a paid subscription.

Monthly Cycles is another free app with in-app purchases. Track your period, temperature, and symptoms to get your fertile days.

Eve is another free app with a subscription option to get premium upgrades. It claims to be scalable, so be sure to use it to track your period, temperature, cervical fluids, and other symptoms. Eve predicts fertile windows, ovulation, and your next cycle.

Remember, these apps are just a starting point. If you’re under 35 and have been trying for a year or over 35 and have been trying for six months, it may be time to make an appointment with a fertility doctor at Procrea in Ontario or Quebec.

*The apps have not been endorsed by Procrea physicians and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.
